With the exception of the Individual and Library rates, rates are tied to company size (# of employees) and are for company-wide online access. For companies with more than 500 employees, please contact the publisher at collegepub@mindspring.com for special online pricing information.
Each Volume consists of four issues published quarterly in the winter, spring, summer, and fall.
All subscriptions must be prepaid.
Subscriptions are accepted on a one-year basis only.
All journal subscriptions are entered on a calendar year basis. Service begins upon receiving a paid order. Access Protocols will be emailed to the email address or addresses provided with the Order Form. Back issues for the current year will be accessible immediately upon receipt of a paid order, followed by those issues that remain to be published for the current year.
Please enclose a check or money order (U.S.dollars drawn on a U.S. bank) made payable to College Publishing, along with a printout of our order form.
